RE 'Come and See' and links with St Austin's RC Church
We are very proud of our close links with St Austin's Roman Catholic Church and value the relationship between home, school and parish.
As part of the 'Come and See' curriculum all classes have visited Church to learn about the following sacraments:
Sacraments of Initiation; Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Communion
Sacraments of Healing; Reconciliation and Anointing of the sick
Sacrament of Marriage
Stations of the Cross.
KS2 pupils have attended Church to read the Stations of the Cross.
Come and See at Home
Please view the Come and See at Home Spring Term 2020 document below which provides information on the three themes pupils will be studying; Local Church (Community); Eucharist (Relating) and Lent/Easter (Giving). Each Class will approach the themes through different topics.
